Information for our tenants
Empowerment. Independence. Support.
At Amica Community Homes, we aim to provide more than just housing. Our homes are designed to support people to live independently, feel secure, and become part of welcoming communities. This page provides helpful information about living in an Amica home, the support available, and how we work with partners to ensure tenants have the right environment to thrive.
Living independently in an Amica Community Home
Our homes are designed to provide a safe and stable environment where tenants can develop confidence and independence. We provide supported living accommodation for people who may benefit from living in a home with the right level of support available. Every tenant has their own tenancy and is encouraged to live as independently as possible, while receiving support from trusted care providers where appropriate.
Support available to our tenants
To ensure tenants receive the right support alongside high-quality housing, we work closely with a trusted network of partners. These may include Local Authorities, care providers, and organisations within the local community.
By working with experienced partners, we help create supportive environments where tenants can build skills, maintain their wellbeing, and live with confidence in their homes.

Tenant Satisfaction Measures
In line with requirements provided by the Regulator of Social Housing in England, we request the completion of annual Tenant Surveys to provide you with the opportunity to give us open and honest feedback about how to improve, as well as to measure what we are doing well. Whilst we are not directly regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing we hold ourselves accountable to their standards.
Tenant satisfaction is also a vital tool for understanding how well a landlord is performing and to keep a close eye on the quality of our housing and services.
We invite feedback on many areas, including:
- Repairs
- Safety
- complaints handling
- Tenant satisfaction.
Whilst our annual Tenant Satisfaction Measurements and Surveys are important, we welcome feedback all year round. If you do have a concern, complaint or recommendation, please do get in touch:
